No. It is up to the client to find their desired location. The space must be at least 13ft diameter of clear, flat surface having 8ft height clearance. We suggest choosing parks, big backyards, rooftop decks, etc. If not your personal property, you must gain appropriate permissions prior to our arrival.

Our igloos are 7'2 in height, the diameter is 11.79 with a base area of 107 Sq. ft.

It features a door and 2 windows. It is resistant to wind, snow, and rain.

Yes. Private Party requires a 50% deposit to be paid within 48 hours of your request in order for your reservation to be confirmed. If requesting within 3 days, balance should be paid in full. 

We understand. Our clients are able to make changes or cancellations to your reservation within 48 hours of your party date. You are able to reschedule within 3 months of your initial request. If the request is made under 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

Depending on the package, set up can take 1-2 hours. If your party time is between 7:00-8:00pm, our team will break down the following morning, no later than 10:00am. Breakdown takes 1 hour or less.

No; Private Party Igloo representatives will arrive at pre-agreed upon time, 1-2 hours prior to your designated reservation start time. Subsequently, they will arrive after your scheduled end time to break down.
